Q: I have a video sharing site www.domain.com. I want to upgrade my account so that videos up 18mb or approx 2 minutes of video clips can be uploaded.
At the moment only 10mb can be upload. I also understand that you have a paid service. I believe cost $125 per hour that will fix the problem allowing the site to accept upload as per my request.
Q: How long would it take to fix the problem, or give me an estimated time so i can see if i have adequate funds before work is start?
How soon can it be done?
What is the link to your paid service?
A: As explained in previous ticket, it is your programming that needs attention
the server has an upload limit of 200megs
you can test this by uploading at www.30atelevision.com which is a website on the same server
We would advise you contact the supplier of your programming to alter the setting which is restricting the upload size
As we are unfamiliar with another programmers scripts, it will take us quite a bit of time to find where this setting might be, and to ensure it is altered correctly without affecting other areas of the system
So it is much suggested you contact the programmer who should know where to look
If you wish to order paid support, we estimate a minimum of 4 hours with a possibility of 10 to sort through and find and alter
Here is a link for info on ordering paid support
